    Wild life photography is one of the rugged form of photography. It also can be the biggest challenge every photographer can face. Wild life photography includes capturing forest, plants and wild animals. It is challenging because of the fast moments and unpredictable nature of the wild animals. While shooting wildlife one should observe the composition, sharpness, action, colors and exposure. Also it is most recommended to carry fast lenses that are Super Zoom (Telephoto).

    The next theme for the day is “Wild Life Photography”. Post your images on our fan page Photography Tips. Links & tips will be provided by us on our fan page.

    Do have a look at the rules and regulations before participating in the contest.

    What makes a photographer stands apart is the way he/she looks at a subject in every angle, at every level, with different colors, shapes and sizes. You too can do this with the help of few technical tricks of your camera;
    For example: The zoom in and zoom out technique. The zoom in or the zoom out function in a camera provides us with numerous opportunity in telling stories.

    Theme: Painting With Light

    Light graffiti or light painting is one of the best ways to take advantage of the dark space. It is a photographic technique in which exposures are made at night or in a dark room by moving a hand-held light source or by moving the camera while using a slow shutter speed. This allows for a completely different style of photography.

    This week we have something interesting for our Best Picture of the day Contest. We would like to announce the next theme of the day as “Light Painting Photography”.  We would like to inform you about a small change on the same. We want you all to post videos, rather than just pictures, on our fan page on Light Painting. The video should be of one minute or more than that.

    Tutorial and tips on Light Painting will be provided by us on our fan page Photography Tips.

    Starting today, the contest will last till 30th April 2011.

    The winner will win a free Weekend Basic Photography course which will be held in the month of May.
